Hi all,
A quick production update with some photos of the miniatures. What you see below are made from the molds that will be used in mass production and made of the same plastic that you will receive (although the color of the figures will change). Please excuse the photos, they aren't perfect.
There were approximately 4 figures which had some minor flaws in this first casting, so we will be spending another 7-10 days to modify the molds. Once they are good to go, then we will have the final figures to show you. Mass production can then begin, which will last a month. Message me with any questions, etc!

Hi all, hope you are well! Important - The Backerkit orders will be locked and you will be charged for your orders on Oct. 1.
Here is brief production update to keep you in the loop:
The production of the molds for the miniatures is expected to be complete ~October 7th. These are the molds that are used for mass production of all the minis. The previous samples we showed you were based on the temporary cast molds, which were then used to cast the permanent steel molds.
So on October 7th (+/- couple days) we will be able to see and hold the first mass production samples. It is probable that the molds then need to be slightly adjusted in order to correct small defects we see in the samples (for example, too much flash or mold lines). In the case that molds need adjustment, this will take another 1-3 weeks and then we assess the miniatures based on those new samples.
After molds are finalized, mass production of the minis begins which should be completed by early December. Then we ship everything out in mid-December and you can expect delivery in February. We will let you know if anything changes.
TLDR; Production is on-schedule. We expect molds to be completed earliest Oct 7, but may take until Nov. 1. Then mass production can begin, which takes ~1 month, and we ship out around mid-December. Delivery to you is still looking to be around February! Will let you know if anything changes.

Hi all, hope you are well. Production of the miniatures is underway. Everything is on schedule for now (Crossing fingers this continues going into the year-end), and still planning for ship everything by February 2022 in roughly 5 months. Check out some (not samples all we ready when these images were taken) of the samples below. Reminder you will all get 4 of each of the small figures and 1 each of the large figures (dragon, Lamia, Sharkenbear, and Archdevil).
